Overview
Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a Payroll Supervisor in a brand new role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Payroll Administrator to take the next step in their career. Supporting the Payroll Manager in managing the day-to-day running of the payroll department. Assisting with managing and overseeing multiple client payrolls to ensure deadlines are met Responsible for various pension submissions and auto enrolment Responsible for ensuring a high level of compliance with internal procedures and current payroll legislation Review payrolls prior to payroll output being issued to clients Resolve any issues or problems which arise and investigate and advise staff in relation to complex payroll related scenarios Communicate regularly with clients to agree time-frames and improve service The main requirements: Experience of mentoring or supporting team members is preferred Experience of working in a Practice or Bureau environment is essential Up to date Payroll and Pensions knowledge is essential High level of IT proficiency Strong communication skills My client offers a fantastic salary and benefits package for the successful candidate.
