A corporate software supplier which has been delivering global data protection to numerous companies is on the hunt for a proactive German speaker to support their London office client service team. You will be in charge of providing advice and guidance to German clients. Your responsibilities will include: Being the main point of contact for German speaking clients and ensuring the best delivery of service Maintaining strong relationships with clients and exercising courtesy and professionalism to all clients Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the client is satisfied Working closely with the technical team when any IT issues arise About you: The ideal applicant would have previous experience dealing with client service in a corporate environment. It is essential for you to have a positive approach in helping and solving problems.
