Overview

1st Line Support to be based in Birmingham. Inside IR35 1st Line Support I am recruiting a 1st Line candidate to be based in Birmingham. This role is for a 3 month contract and will be inside scope of IR35. What is required: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience of working in an IT Helpdesk environment You have some awareness of data networking You are familiar with workings of laptops, PC hardware, printers and scanners. You will have awareness of meeting room setups including AV systems The role additionally requires someone who: is self-managed and confident in setting and prioritising their own work agenda. Meeting targets and fulfilling agreements even when adverse circumstances prevail. has excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and so is able to demonstrate that they can convey complex matters in a way that different audiences can understand. is confident and able to build sustainable relationships with clients, lawyers and internal colleagues is organised and methodical in how they approach their work. has excellent attention to detail. Understanding and keeping the user's needs continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions. is a team player and is willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
