Overview
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor for a well-known fashion brand to join their People Team in their Head Office in London. With full end to end responsibility for recruiting a range of vacancies from entry level to mid-management you will work alongside the existing Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to source talent. You should have: Previous experience in recruiting for head office fashion roles, specifically, Buying and Merchandising functions would be highly advantageous In-house recruitment experience is preferred but agency experience will also be considered Excellent client management skills with the ability to build trust and deliver an outstanding level of service Advanced communication skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Experience with phone interviews, candidate screening, multiple stage interview processes and any required review or evaluation Familiarity with social media and other professional networks Due to volume of applications only successful candidates will contacted.
