Our headquarters are in Europe and, through the group’s global network, we are able to service over 10 000 clients in 107 countries, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large multinational corporations, across various sectors. Job Description This role involves sourcing and signing up clients in the private wealth space. The focus is on wealth managers, family offices, charities, trusts and private banks etc. Business development managers research potential clients to understand potential opportunity and are responsible for the sales process from start to finish. This includes finding correct decision makers, meeting these decision makers to highlight our service offering and handling all follow up communication and questions until the deal is signed. Main duties include of the Business Development Manager Finding potential clients and researching potential claim opportunity to determine the quality of the lead Meeting leads to pitch the product (this can involve follow up meetings) Handling all follow up discussions and questions as well as contract signature Planning sales trips Lead reporting Building strong relationships with potential partners Hand over to the client service team including debrief on all initial discussions and commitments Required Skills Strong sales and entrepreneurial skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to pitch to senior management at large investment managers Proficiency in MS Office Passion and enthusiasm for the job Ability to grasp technical tax concepts Background and Education CA/CPA/ ACA required (or similar) Investment management industry is beneficial 3 years’ work experience is beneficial Benefits Sales commission paid in addition to base salary Dynamic, innovative and fast-paced company Huge growth opportunities Start-up culture Shorter work day on Friday
