Working with a team that is full of knowledge and will offer full support This is the advert for you We are recruiting for Support Workers to work flexibly across two services in the Broadstone and Parkstone areas. We support people with learning disabilities and autism, personal care, epilepsy and complex health needs. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting role supporting people with complex health needs. The role is flexible working across two different homes supporting a range of young individuals. We support people to carry out lots of fun activities such as going to the cinema, bowling, pottery, arts and crafts along with bigger trips to places such as Longleat Safari Park and the O2 Arena to watch shows such as Disney on Ice. This role really is varied and very fun. The hourly rate varies depending on the person that you are supporting and the skills they require you to have. Full training and lots of support is provided to the successful candidate throughout probation and ongoing. The role will involve: Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose Personal care Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry Supporting with medication Manual Handling Taking part in fun activities A full UK/EU Drivers Licence is desirable for this role but not essential.
