Buyer-Food Sector Scunthorpe £22-28K, full time, Are you an experienced purchasing/buying/procurement professional, with experience of the food sector, looking for a days based permanent role in central Nottingham with potential to progress a career? This position comes with a superb benefits-flexible working hours, and a company willing to financially support CIPS qualification. The position is with a growing manufacturer who have recently become part of a larger group and are looking to expand. The role will have a particular focus on supporting new product development, so you will be at the forefront of exiting new products. The role: Days based permanent role for a food manufacturer focusing on buying complex ingredients in a fast paced new product development environment Using commercial sense and experience to obtain competitive quotations Supplied relationship management The person: Academic/working experience in purchasing/buying position-CIPS would be ideal but is not essential Working experience in the food manufacturing sector Excellent negotiation skills and capacity to work in a fast paced environment To apply for the position please email your CV to Nick Smith
