Buyer / Cumbria / Salary Dependant on Experience Your new company You will join a global manufacturing organisation Your new role Reporting to the Purchasing Manager the successful candidate will deliver the following key duties- Cost effective procurement of Goods, Raw Materials, Consumables, Services and Capital Expense Items Build productive relationships with suppliers achieving best price and delivery without compromising quality Assist in stock reduction and obsolescence of Inventory Items What you'll need to succeed This role could suit both a Purchasing Assistant / Administrator, Assistant Buyer or Purchasing Officer looking for professional development or a proven Buyer looking for a new career challenge. At interview you will be able to demonstrate good organisational, attention to detail and communication skills alongside good IT skills.
