Overview

Pertemps Scotland Ltd is working with a well-established client in Glasgow city centre to recruit for two complaints handlers for an initial period of 6 months with an immediate start. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the management of the complaints and disputes service and your key duties will include but are not limited to: • Ensuring complaints and disputes are acknowledged, logged and assigned in line with agreed procedures. • Collating information to assist with the investigation of complaints and disputes. • Reviewing and analysing information provided from applicants • Engaging with customers, consultants and potential participants via phone • Providing support on related issues across the team on an ad-hoc basis Complaints Handling experience is not essential although it is desirable, however training will be provided. However, what is essential is: • Educated to Higher/A Level (or equivalent) and/or, relevant professional experience • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment • Demonstrable experience of working well in a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • IT literate including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) If you are interested in this role and would like to find out more, please apply or contact Amy Sinclair at Pertemps.
