Overview

Construction company based in Clapham SW London are looking for an Office Assistant to start immediately to support our team, assisting with all accounts processes, customer liaison and General office duties. You should be flexible, approachable with a willing to learn that is able to operate under pressure to ensure the company needs are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experiences of book keeping principles, previous experience of general office administrative processes and fully computer literate. Key Responsibilities: - Day to day office management - Answering telephones - Diary Management - Book Keeping using Quickbooks - Purchase & sales ledger - Bank reconciliations You: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role previously - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Sound knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Outlook - knowledge of Accounts software QuickBooks ideally or equivalent - Confident in dealing with people at all levels - Highly organised - Strong time management skills, ability to work to deadlines - Great attention to detail - Pro-active - Ability to work well as part of a team Hours are: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
