We recognise success is built from talent and together we can raise the bar within our industry. As our Estate Manager, you will take full control of your own portfolio of Residential Estates. This includes controlling full financial aspects across each estate, managing technical and maintenance requirements whilst providing excellent communication with our key stakeholders. To ensure you are successful, we provide full operational support with the added benefit of an Assistant Property Manager to every two Estate Managers. Our standards are high, the opportunity won’t be for everyone, but we only want the best. To be part our team, you’ll need to bring your energy, enthusiasm and of course your hard work. Our Estate Managers are driven by customer service, excellent administration and are unsurpassed at managing processes and people. We’re looking for a proven professional with at least five years property management experience and IRPM qualification. Experience using Qube software would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential as you'll be fully trained. Salary packages will be commensurate with your experience and exceed the market value. You’ll receive a basic salary circa £45,000 with a strong benefits package, great colleagues and excellent career prospects as our London office grows.
