Overview
Family Club Receptionist required for this exceptional wellness space in the Notting Hill area. Our clients are a unique and and highly exclusive members club in the heart or Notting Hill. Featuring a spa, brasserie, complimentary health clinic and family space, this truly exceptional concept will be geared towards affluent families who value total wellness of body and mind in an escape from busy day to day life. They are currently recruiting for a Family Club Receptionist to deliver world class member and guest experience. It will primarily be focused on meeting and greeting members and guest for the family club element of the business but will also assist in managing bookings for the other departments. This role will provide a concierge style service, responsible for bringing the department and all of it's services to life and we are looking for a consummate professional who can really optimise the customer journey. The business will need people who have a passion for and can really buy into their holistic, organic and mindfulness concepts. Candidates must have experience in a premium leisure or hospitality environment and be confident with booking systems and working to targets. The business will provide a fantastic working environment with opportunities to learn, develop and progress. Package: £22-25k DOE bonus This role is based on 40 hours, 5 out of 7 days including some evenings and weekends. Due to the volume of applications, we will only contact successful candidates.
