Overview
Procurement Manager Location: Stafford Duration: 3 months As a Procurement manager, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the organisation delivering an effective category led end to end procurement for all in scope procurement activity to drive maximum benefit and efficiencies. To manage the transition of Supplier led contracts back into the Customer. Experience of working on an IT Services contract, specifically in the buying of hardware and software licensing agreements. Strong stakeholder management skills and to be able to operate at a senior level. To create a plan for all Procurement projects within the Procurement Manager's area and ensure these are delivered on time Ideally a background in Public Sector, specifically Central Government or Police and Justice. Preferably CIPS qualified.
