As a non-commissioned staffing agency, Thornbury Nursing Services provides workers to third party organisations and clinical commissioners. Supporting an ever-changing portfolio of service users, with highly complex and challenging care needs, requiring short- or long-term packages of care. Supported by our Community Business Manager, you will be responsible for working with our existing non-clinical team to answer queries from our service users, clients and agency workers. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a person-centred, care focused Registered Nurse to join us and support our Community Placement team. This role is office-based and will complement the current team structure - providing a crucial link between our complex clients, their families and clinical commissioners. You will work closely with our operations team providing nurses and carers to support patients in their own home. The ideal person will be flexible, enthusiastic and able to prioritise day-to-day. This is a busy, changeable role and requires a dynamic individual to cope with the urgent requirements of the service.
