They worked with some of the most exciting organisations in the world to solve complex challenges with the intelligent use of data. We do this by growing and developing incredibly bright junior professionals into data experts. Over the last 4 years we have developed a world class data curriculum which now has a thoroughly proven track record of success with our consultants delivering at more than 60 clients. Due to unprecedented demand, we are looking to expand our training team over the next few months. Responsibilities Training and developing the next generation of Junior Consultants/ Specialists. It will entail nurturing and training clever and passionate junior professionals into competent data specialists. The focus of the role will be on our SQL, Data Modelling and Cloud modules but may involve other topics as demand arises. This will make up the approx. 60% of the role. You will eventually lead the cloud development internally as well as the cloud curriculum development. Lead role in our Innovation Lab where you will work on exciting client projects and internal product development. Our tech stack for internal products includes AWS, Docker, SQL Server & Postgres, Python, Machine Learning, AI methodologies & Tableau. As a senior data specialist, you will lead on strategy and technical leadership for many projects in your area of specialism. This will make up approximately 30% of the role. Pre-Sales. You will have high involvement to our existing and future client relationships in demonstrating and representing our high standard of excellence and capabilities in both data consultancy and product development. In addition to up/cross skilling where necessary, this accounts for your remaining time. What we are looking for: Genuine enthusiasm for developing, training and mentoring junior consultants. Approx. 10 years of solid experience in SQL and Data Modelling in a professional environment. Hands on experience developing cloud products Experienced and knowledgeable in Agile SDLC with knowledge of DevOps / DataOps processes, tooling in a modern cloud implementation. Modern approaches to ETL with tooling such as but not restricted to Alteryx, ADF, NiFi, Kafka, Talend
