They are owned by a billion pound firm, which enables them to combine the agility for a small business (12 people) but have the financial muscle of any firm on the market. Founded on the principles of quality lead recruitment , the have an excellent name in their chosen market, and can name Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, KPMG and Freshfields as their customers. You wont encounter an KPI's or an environment where everyone competes for the same client and jobs, they are very much like a family, and very much want to stay like that - If you want a salesy recruitment firm - this is not for you More on the desk So warm desk is banded around the recruitment to recruitment market like phone times are around large corporates This is however about as work as it gets. The previous incumbent billed over £220k and has left this red hot desk to take an internal recruitment role elsewhere. You will have a list of companies, including some major names sending you jobs from day one, and a candidate database of over 30 years of time invested in In the past the desk has billed £450k You will be running a duel desk, placing graphics personnel around the £40 - 70k mark on a perm basis, and also a considerable amount of temp/contract desk.
