Overview
Title: Recruitment Consultant Salary: £30,000 generous commission (Negotiable) Sector: Finance Location: Central London The Company Our client operates within the Financial Services space and works primarily with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and M&A boutiques. We are looking for motivated and competitive Consultants who will be excited to hit the ground running. Duties: Build strong working relationships with new and existing client contacts with the objective of building revenue. Source and recruit appropriate candidates to place into target accounts Manage the interview process and candidate preparation Drive sales into new business areas through utilising Market intelligence Follow up of all allocated sales leads. Qualifying all new contract requirements to ensure they are placement viable. Selling recruited CV's into client contacts, pushing for feedback, interviews etc Attend client meetings, give client presentations where required Negotiate and conclude contract terms with client contacts. Requirements - Fluency in English. - At least two years of experience in a sales role, consistently hitting revenue targets - Fantastic communication and presentation skills - Self-motivated and hungry for success - Competitive and financially driven - Team player. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
