Overview

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a successful, owner managed Construction Consultancy operating within the Construction, Development and Property sectors. This firm has an outstanding array of projects with many being very large and technically challenging, and most being across the central band of the UK. This appointment will initially focus on the delivery of a number of new build residential schemes but the company works with a wide range of clients across most sectors. The successful candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor from a Consultancy / PQS background with at least 3-5 years previous construction experience. You will work with one of the Directors to provide the full range of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services including the preparation of quantities for budget estimates and cost plans, the preparation of tender documents and evaluating tender returns, carrying out site visits and measurements, valuations and cost reports to work right through to the preparation of final accounts.
