Come and make yourself at home Job requirements: Manage our front-line customer communications channels Lead, inspire, motivate and manage our Customer Relations and Onboarding teams Act as a professional and responsive first point of contact for all customers, ensuring all communication is recorded and a quality monitored response delivered within agreed timescales Oversee the 'onboarding’ experience for new customers, ensuring the process is efficient and easy for customers to navigate What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills Friendly and approachable with a professional outlook Strong project management and prioritisation skills Ability to take ownership and empower others accordingly Experience dealing with the general public If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now In return we offer a generous benefits package including Pension, Private Healthcare Scheme and Life Assurance.
