The main focus of this position is: Leadership and Development of a small team of Talent Recruiters and Resourcers. Overseeing all aspects of Recruitment. Leading on all Executive level campaigns. Amplifying the firms culture and values across the business. Identifying and managing innovative strategies to attract new talent across all business functions. Reporting to Senior Board Members and company Directors regarding strategy execution. Project Management of Talent Acquisition initiatives In order to be considered for this role, suitable Applicants MUST : Possess a demonstrable track record of leading and developing an in-house talent acquisition team, caring about Possess communication skills of the highest level including the ability to interact with a varied range of staff.
