Job Summary Responsible for the collection and study of Customer Services data, providing effective data analysis in order to reveal ways to improve the customer service operation, customer experience and business. Turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions, including Continuous Improvement activity. Key Responsibilities • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports • Develop a proactive methodology for effective data management by collecting, analysing and reporting on data sources • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality • Improve and customise current data solutions to meet business functional and non-functional requirements. • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct data accuracy problems • Work closely with Customer Service Team to prioritise business and information needs • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, supporting Continuous Improvement activity • Develop and document the standard data reporting processes • Research new and existing data sources in order to contribute to new development, improve data management processes, and make recommendations for data quality initiatives • Ensure timely resolution of queries and data issues • Produce weekly and period management reports for the Customer Service operational team, other areas of the business and senior executives (including compliance reporting) Come and Discover Different at TJX.
