Overview
Construction Manager | Contractor | Infrastructure | Utilities | Euston | London A large infrastructure contractor is currently seeking a construction manager for a large utilities project in London. The project will involve 'sink and shaft' and the construction manager will have knowledge of all utilities including gas, water and electric. Knowledge of valves and pressure systems will be key to being successful in this role. Construction Manager's Role: Work on a large utilities project in central London Work closely with site and commercial teams Manage overall construction duties ensuring work packages are completed to schedule Manage site managers Proactively manage safety The Construction Manager: Extensive experience delivering utilities projects Proven track record in a similar role Strong knowledge of utilities and installing them including valves and pressure systems SMSTS & First aid at work Construction related degree desirable In Return: Circa £55K - £60K salary on offer plus £8K car allowance and package If you are a Construction Manager, looking at your career options, then please call Sam Hughes at Brandon James.
