The service is gender specific, working with women who have complex mental health issues, the open rehabilitation services are split across two wards namely for patients with mental health needs and personality disorders. Nurse Responsibilities · Assess resident’s health and well-being · Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual’s health and well-being needs · Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information · Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights · Work autonomously with minimum supervision · Apply clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied scenarios.
