Clinical Unit Manager ( RGN / RSCN / RMN / RNLD ) - Eating Disorders / CAMHS Location: Maidenhead Salary: £37596.00 - £41457 per annum plus £9,000 welcome bonus Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours). The hospital can also consider fixed shifts. Shifts: Options of Days only (0800 - 2000 ) or Nights only ( 2000 - 0800 ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference Contract: Permanent £9,000 welcome bonus for all new starters Preceptorships available and extensive training and development opportunities Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RGN, RSCN, RMN or RNLD to work within an Eating Disorders and CAMHS service in Maidenhead. This facility specialises in the treatment of children and young people with eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia and other complex mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder and emerging personality disorder Set in a 13th century manor house in extensive gardens, the Hospital is Located within 1/2 mile of junction 7 of the M4, two miles from Maidenhead and six miles from Windsor One mile from Burnham Station which is on the Paddington / Reading mainline route. Also one mile from Taplow station Service Details: The Service has an Outstanding or good CQC rating across all key lines of enquiry. Working as Clinical Service Unit Manager, you will provide high quality nursing, clinical, personnel and leadership for the CSU in conjunction with the Clinical Lead (RC). You will ensure compliance with People, Quality and Finance key performance indicators are adequately delivered. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for CQC outcomes, quality service and standards to all those in our care and foster an open and transparent environment. The post will ensure that the CSU's vision to become a flagship clinical service is cultivated throughout the systems, processes and leadership interventions.
