Your new role Working as part of a successful small team, the Customer Sales Order Administrator is an essential part of the business and one which promotes the business and its success. You will be responsible for processing all the companies key clients and customer orders from order through to delivery. Processing all orders, management of client accounts and ensuring orders targets are maintained. You will provide all administrative functions responding to the changing needs of the business and clients to ensure a smooth and streamline service. You will respond to customer queries via email and telephone and provide an excellent customer service experience. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be immediately available Administration and customer service experience is essential Sales order processing preferable but not essential Possess excellent computer skills highly proficient in Excel and Word.
