Overview
We are partnered with a heavily backed Fintech company who are building a digital bank. Having been established a number of years, they are now going through an exciting stage of expansion and looking for multiple Software/Senior Software Engineers to join their team. Our client has a team of interdisciplinary team of experienced technology, customer experience, marketing, legal and banking professionals who share a passion for the company's mission and believe in a collaborative approach to creating a social bank. Your role will include: Implement new features and deploy them using their Continuous Delivery approach Contribute to our product vision Work in an Agile cross-functional team of a Product Manager, Product Designer and Developers (We use a blend of processes that work for us inc. SCRUM, Kanban and Pair Programming) Be involved in the end to end cycle of building our product Champion quality code while being pragmatic You'll get to work with a variety of new and interesting technology. Our clients mainly use the following tools and technology, but you don't need to have experience with all of them. They have all come back from various backgrounds and, if you are willing to learn, they want to speak with you.
