Having the ability to work efficiently & effectively in a time critical environment to meet project deliverable dates, as well as business as 'usual' deliverables and enhancements is important. Providing guidance, insight and implementation advice for using data effectively within and across business operational processes. Providing guidance to data user including Business Intelligence Team members. You’ll be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting the job done. You’ll be great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the team organised and supporting the deputy head of BI. You’ll also be a great communicator and comfortable liaising with our business partners and with any and all of our innovative, customer-focused teams. Business Intelligence Insight Analyst: SQL, SSRS, Power BI Visualisation Collaborate with the business to gather requirements, assemble data sets, develop visualisations and extracts, and deliver automated and self-service reports. Work with business units to assist them in implementing process measurement KPIs, remediate data issues, conduct root cause analysis. Accurately document all aspects of your work: business requirements Design and deploy databases and data collection, transformation, modelling, presentation and other strategies that demonstrate business insight. Analyse data sets using statistical techniques and effectively communicate trends and patterns that enhance the opportunities available to our customers and the business. Assess and communicate the impact of change on customers, employees, suppliers, processes, systems and data. Partner with business groups and communicate effectively with stakeholders and use processes as the common language to communicate data concepts and identify key measures - team collaboration. Provide Insights Build report dashboards Attributes and Experience required: Business Intelligence Insight Analyst: SQL, SSRS, Power BI Visualisation A whizz at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) An excellent verbal and written communicator and know how to build great professional relationships A doer - proactive, driven and enthusiastic Someone who takes responsibility and focus on solutions Effective at managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines and working well under pressure. A strong understanding of business operations with specific understanding on information flows. Have strong SQL, SSRS, Excel & Power BI visualisation and insight skills. Demonstrate a strong understanding with SQL based database query and reporting packages. Demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Provide knowledge and skills in data management, data insight and data quality principles and methodologies.
