24-7 Recruitment Services provide market leading services to the supply chain industry, through embedded HR, Staffing and Recruitment services. Founded in 2001, 24-7 has consistantly grown and provides jobs for around 10,000 temporary workers on a daily basis at locations across the UK. Due to business expansion and exciting plans for 2020 and beyond we are seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Administrator to support this growth. To be suitable for this role, you will have a proven track record in producing high quality sales documentation such as proposals, presentations and tenders. Working within our busy Business Development team, you will be involved in all aspects of the process from initial receipt of RFI/RFQ through to submission of tender. YOu will also support the operations team in helping to produce presentations for client review meetings. Marketing experience would be advantageous for this role. What are we looking for within the role? Deliver high quality, compelling business reports that are aligned to the requests from Operations, customers and from incoming tender request. Gather and submit detailed report for the Senior Ops Mangers and customers e.g. quarterly business reviews. Improve the quality of report responses held in our databases through our continuous development programme. Responsible for populating report responses with operational data and working in tandem with colleagues to ensure well-written, accurate and compelling responses aligned to the prospects' needs and requirements. Develop responses into key messages that are relevant in the context of the customer and ensure that responses emphasise company strengths and differentiators. Assist in writing new and more complex tenders and customer reviews as well as proactively enhancing database answers. Develop strong working relationships with the contributors to the reports to maintain the continued improvement in responses and timeliness. Maintain and update responses in adherence to the company brand and marketing guidelines and company writing style. Skills and Experience required Tender/report management and writing experience. Highly skilled communicator. Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills and the ability to write compelling report responses. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control. Able to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines as dictated by internal teams, prospects, operations and clients. Ability to manage priorities, plan and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and disciplined. Ability to think and write creatively.
