Overview
We are looking for a Paralegal to join an established private client team. We are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a supportive, busy and thriving department working under the direction of a highly experienced lawyer. Role: Draft correspondence/documents Use IT systems and other resources to improve efficiency, quality and service levels Actively raise the profile of the firm within the chosen marketplace Deliver individual fee targets with minimal supervision Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build appropriate relationships with clients Candidate Specification: Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong team player with a motivational hands-on approach Use initiative to plan and organise own time and workload to meet deadlines and prioritise work A measured and rational approach to problem solving Deal confidently and diplomatically with clients and other stakeholders
