Overview
Riverside have a new opportunity for a Relief Worker based in the Catterick Garrison area, working on an ad hoc basis, covering staff absences. This is an entry level position, ideal for those looking to start their career in housing or support work or those looking for a more flexible working arrangement. What will you do? As a trusted member of the team you will work on an as and when basis covering staff sickness and holidays, assisting in the provision of high quality customer care, promoting independence, respect and positive choices. Day to day Your usual responsibility’s as a Relief Worker will include: • Promote high quality customer orientated support. • Promote a culture of customer led services. • Act as main point of contact within the scheme. • General administrative duties. • General cleaning duties.
