Sales Coordinator

A really exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator that is dynamic, resourceful and that really enjoys being proactive and customer centric. This global business is looking for a Sales co-ordinator to assist in managing their incoming enquiries about their products and services. As the Sales Coordinator your role would involve being the first point of contact for the client’s enquiries right up to the point of delivery where you will have the opportunity to see the order through to the end. If you love learning, being part of something special that would allow you to use a number of skills from customer service, administration, sales support and logistics then this role could be for you. As the Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for: - Liaising with customers - Supporting external sales team - Managing incoming enquiries, processing orders - Ensuring effective communication with all departments - Monitoring Stock Levels and helping to load and unload stock - Adding and processing orders to the system - Coordinating with products to be distributed to clients whilst liaising with couriers - Administration As the Sales coordinator you will have: - Excellent communication skills - Great organisation skills and attention to detail - Experience of working to tight deadlines - Good use of Microsoft Office - A passion for offering great customer service - Experience in a similar role If you would like to contribute in a positive way to a business and really be part of a team working towards a goal then this opportunity as Sales Coordinator could be for you.
