Overview
Customer Service Advisor Belfast £9.23 Per Hour 5 out of 7 days (between the hours of 8am – 10pm) You will be working within a small team who oversee the running of Student Accommodation. You will help provide the day-to-day running of the property and its community including managing the housekeepers and ensuring the rooms are cleaned ready for new arrivals. You will be a part of the team that promotes and maintains an excellent resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greeting at the front of house. Answering phones. Sorting post. Dealing with enquires and bookings at the reception. Logging maintenance faults. Handling complaints from customers in a professional manner Managing a team of housekeepers Multi-tasking This job will be great for an outgoing and friendly individual, who likes to put the customers' needs first. Be a team player, with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming first impression, and have the following experience and skills: Someone with confidence. Someone with experience in managing. Someone with a great eye to detail. Comfortable in handing out responsibilities. Much be well presented Good standard of verbal and written communication Much speak fluent English Should be responsive and enthusiastic Enjoys dealing with face-to-face customers. Must have politeness in using the phone. We are looking for a candidate who has previous proven office experience and is looking for an immediate start.
