Overview
We are currently recruiting for a number or Residential Support Workers within an excellent Residential Home for Adults with a range of disabilities based in Colchester. Our client is looking for experienced support workers to work day shifts within the home. The post holders will support adults in accordance with their care plans and ensuring access to social and leisure activities according to their needs and wishes. The role also includes the continuous monitoring of individuals emotional and general wellbeing.
