Overview
Customer Services Manager – Near Trowbridge - £competitive My Client, a growing food and drink exporter based near Devizes, is looking to recruit a Customer service manager / client services manager / account manager/ supply chain manager for their modern site. Leading a team of three the main purpose of the Customer service manager / client services manager / account manager will be to ensure that their team provides excellent customer service in order that customer expectations are met/exceeded and business opportunities are developed. Main tasks of the successful Customer service manager / client services manager / account manager will include: Motivating and developing the client services team to build stronger supplier relationships, delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring sales opportunities are developed. Leading the team and fulfilling the administration tasks of processing orders, dealing with supplier & customer needs and all other necessary tasks Managing the commercial development of nominated customers through acting as their single point of contact, developing account plans, conducting regular account and product reviews, sales budgeting, implementing promotional campaigns, handling pricing queries and complying with internal reporting requirements. Monitor and tracking customer complaints to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Developing and implementing a client satisfaction measurement and reporting process. Maintaining accurate and cost-effective stock management processes (labels, products) Continually reviewing and improving supply chain performance Having key relationships with Directors, Suppliers, Sales team, Shipping, Technical, Packing, Production, Marketing and Finance. The successful candidate will have ideally have worked in the food, drink or pharmaceutical sector and may have previously been a Customer service manager, client services manager, account manager, supply chain coordinator, supply chain manager, export manager.
