Overview
Due to continued success and expansion our client are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor to join their Private Client team based in Trowbridge. The Opportunity: Everyone in the team works in a cohesive environment but with the autonomy to run and develop their caseload and build client relationships. Many lawyers within the team are STEP members but everyone shares their expertise, knowledge and experience to support one another. The successful will take on an already existing case load of varied Private Client work which will consist of Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts. Our client believe in investing in their staff and therefor offer a tailored career structure and appraisal scheme. The success of this is evident with many of their Partners and Equity Partners having started with them as Trainees or junior lawyers. In addition, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays. What’s Needed to be considered? A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 2-5 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Private Client department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge What next?
