Overview
Senior Business Analyst Location - Leeds Permanent - £65,000 - £75,000 Benefits Package Fruition IT are working with a leading Law firm with operations across the globe. This position has been created through growth of the Leeds technology team where they have identified the need for a Senior Business Analyst to come in and work on some exciting new technology led projects. As the Senior Business Analyst you will be involved with the design and implementation of technology enabled initiatives that provide new advantages for the firm. You will be working on multiple projects and will be involved from inception of the project including business case, cost benefit analysis through to delivery of the projects. You will work with technology stakeholders to understand, analyse, refine and communicate business and technical requirements so the development team can build robust solutions. You will work with Project Managers, Scrum masters and developers to deliver new projects through the entire SDLC within an evolving Agile Environment As the ideal candidate you will have Extensive experience working as a Senior Business Analyst where you have delivered technology led projects Agile Delivery experience including creation of user stories Detailed understanding of complex process reengineering / process analysis Understanding of and ability to provide project planning, status tracking, reporting, issue & risk management and change management deliverables highly desirable Experience understanding and identifying strategic vs tactical roadmaps, developing business cases and cost benefit analysis Strong & effective leadership experience C-Level engagement including presenting Any certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Professional would be desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established global law firm where you will have real influence on the delivery of large complex technology projects.
