Chef de Partie Country House Hotel Good Training A Chef de Partie role is available at a luxury hotel located in the Halifax region of West Yorkshire Role: A Country house hotel is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team working hard to deliver high standards of cooking in the restaurant and the banqueting department.The Head Chef of this hotel is a keen trainer who will move you around the sections in the kitchen, spending three months on each one in order to ensure you have all round cooking skills.The restaurant offers modern Brasserie style menus featuring the best seasonal ingredients available throughout the year.The banqueting department is very popular with special events, including weddings catering for 150 covers for a sit down function. Requirements: An enthusiastic Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who is seeking the next move in their career into a kitchen where you will gain plenty of training would be well suited to this position.Previous experience of working in a high quality restaurant environment as well as having worked on banqueting is required for this role.
