Chef De Partie -1 AA Rosette Country Hotel

We are currently seeking to recruit a Chef De Partie for small privately owned boutique hotel boasting a 1AA rosette restaurant. This establishment is set in a stunning location and is an extremely popular wedding venue. With a strong emphasis on British ingredients using a modern twist, the kitchen is producing extremely high quality dishes through a variety of menus. This is an excellent opportunity to learn several aspects of the kitchen, working alongside a close team, with great potential for development. Unfortunately, no accommodation is available so local applicants or those who drive would be preferred.
