Pastry Chef de Partie Busy Multi-Outlet Hotel Live In Tips A popular hotel located in the Windermere region of Cumbria is recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie who can also work on larder Role: The Head Chef of a busy hotel that has a number of dining options available to its guests is currently seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen.In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a varied role preparing desserts, pastry items and afternoon teas for the restaurant, bar and conference/ functions rooms but will also be working on the larder section.The kitchen has full autonomy to create their own menus, as a result you will be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the menu planning sessions. Requirements: A Pastry Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Pastry Chef is required to take on their role but the Head Chef will also consider CVs from Chef de Parties who have experience on pastry and larder.Previous experience working in a kitchen serving multiple dining outlets where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients is essential.
