Overview
A Chef de Partie role is available at a large hotel situated in the outskirts of Nottingham Role: A popular hotel that has a busy dining operation is seeking to employ a confident Chef de Partie to join the team of eight chefs working in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be required to serve a number of different dining outlets at the hotel including the bar and functions as well as undertaking regular breakfast shifts.The venue is particularly busy for lunch service with high volume conference lunches and a fast paced lunch service in the bar and restaurant. Requirements: A Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie who is ready for the next step in their career would be ideal for this position.It is important that you are confident in your cooking abilities and knife skills with the adaptability to create dishes for different menus whilst working under pressure in a high volume kitchen. Previous work experience gained within a hotel kitchen environment is essential for this position.
