A Chef de Partie position is available at a highly regarded hotel located in the Bath region Role: A Chef de Partie is required to join the team of five chefs working at a hotel that offers its guests high quality dining.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing ‘a la carte’ dishes for the restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner service with menus that focus on modern British dining with dishes focuses on the best produce for the season.The hotel also offers a light bite menu throughout the day which is again all created from scratch onsite and hosts special events and banquets for up to 100 covers.The hotel has undergone a lot of investment recently with plenty of new equipment in the kitchen allowing the team to use the latest cooking techniques when designing the menus. Requirements: The Head Chef is looking to receive CVs from strong Demi Chef de Parties or experienced Chef de Parties who have been working to at least one AA Rosette in their most recent roles.Previous hotel work where you gained experience of a number of different sections in the kitchen and catered for a variety of dining outlets would be a big advantage to the role.
