Chef de Partie, 2 Rosette 4* Country House Hotel, Gloucestershire to 24K We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join this busy 2 Rosette restaurant. * Chef de Partie for 2 Rosette restaurant * Gloucestershire location * British cuisine with infusions from across the channel * Staff accommodation available * Salary up to 24k About the Hotel Imagine hidden pathways through secret archways surrounded with blossoming overlays of wild flowers that lead on to manicured lawns. Working as a Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen. You will prepare and present all dishes to the required standard demonstrating good knife and cooking skills. You should be calm under pressure, a good team player and able train and supervise junior chefs. You will also have a real desire to progress and learn.
