Sous Chef Multi-Outlet Fresh Food Hotel A Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a busy three star hotel in West Yorkshire Role: A Sous Chef position is available at a three star hotel which is a busy dining venue with a Brasserie style restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes for 70 covers at dinner, 50 at lunch.However, the hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the lounges and hosts special events, weddings and conference for up to 60 covers plated.As a result this Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Head Chef with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the two other chefs in the kitchen. Requirements: CVs will be considered from strong Chef de Parties, Junior Sous Chefs or Sous Chef but is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations ideally within a hotel environment.A chef who can remain under pressure whilst working within a small team in a fresh food focused kitchen would be ideal.
