Overview

An outside catering company in West Yorkshire is recruiting for a Sous Chef role Role: A Sous Chef is needed to work for a high quality, outside catering company where you will be catering for a wide range of events including conferences, banquets, weddings, retail catering and fine dining events.Working with bespoke menus you will always be expected to cook to the highest standards ensuring that the customers receive the level of dining that they expect.As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management but will also supervise the running of the outside events ensuring that the requested timings are always achieved. Requirements: All Sous Chefs applying for this role should have worked in similar environments where you were cooking in fast paced, all fresh food kitchens requiring you to cook the highest standards whilst catering for large numbers of covers.An organised chef who is capable of remaining calm under pressureand communicate well with their team of chefs is required for this role.
