Chef de Partie Ambitious Hotel Central Location An ambitious hotel located within the York region of North Yorkshire is seeking a Chef de Partie Role: Joining an ambitious team of chefs this role of Chef de Partie will require you to assist with the ambition of gaining a third AA Rosette in the fine dining restaurant.The restaurant serves modern British menus with creative dishes that showcase the best ingredients from the local region.The kitchen has a team of four chefs, as result this role of Chef de Partie will require you to be capable of working on more than one section depending on where the senior chefs need you to work. Requirements: All Chef de Parties applying to this role must have been working to at least two AA Rosette levels in their recent roles as you will need to hit the floor running and ideally be able to run your section immediately.A hardworking, dedicated chef who enjoys working within a strong team of chef who will push you in order to develop your own knowledge further would be ideal.
