Sous Chef High Quality Hotel Restaurant Focused Role Live In TIps A Sous Chef role is available at a hotel located within the Ripon region of North Yorkshire Role: A Sous Chef is required to work at a high quality hotel where you will focus on serving the all day dining restaurant which is open throughout the week.The restaurant has an open plan kitchen so it is important that you are can work in a clean, organised manner whilst working under pressure.In this role of Sous Chef you will be preparing fresh seasonal ingredients which are sourced locally including from the hotel’s own kitchen garden with the ability to work across the sections and also cover the Head Chefs days off taking on the running of the department. Requirements: A reliable Sous Chef who has a background working in one or two AA Rosette awarded kitchens where you were creating modern British dishes.It is important that you are also a confident team manager with good admin knowledge who can run the kitchen when needed to.
