Your main responsibilities will be to provide IT support to internal users, in terms of customer service, managing support tickets and user expectations. In this Service Desk Analyst (Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange) role you will be liaising with other technical support teams in order to resolve any issues raised by the service desk. You will be responsible for basic troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking. You will also be expected to provide a high standard of communication and customer service with the business.
