The Role As a recruitment consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. There will be many warm clients and jobs to work on immediately so commission can be earnt from Day 1. The Person Have bubbly personality, great communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build rapport with anyone and everyone, always Work proactively, take the initiative, approach and overcome problems with a positive mind-set. Be passionate about Engineering and willing to learn more The Earning Potential, Benefits and Rewards You will earn a basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) will be between £30,000 - £40,000.
