Telecoms- Administrator Chelmsford Permanent Our client who build successful relationships with major contractors in other utility sectors such as Telecoms and Rail are seeking an Administrator to join their growing team. Within this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Manager and the companies client ensuring that all information and supporting documents relating to the installation and upgrading of the Openreach network are completed correctly and effectively. Responsibilities Processing of A55's received from field engineers on Planned Point Tracking job progress and updates via company database. Working with the field supervisor to programme works. Recording updates onto Job/FIMs tracker. Re-programme works with Field Supervisor. Maintaining accurate update via clients back office system ensuring all A55's relevant job information is correctly recorded. The ideal candidate will have: Must be computer literate and confident with using Microsoft Office. 2 years' experience working as an administrator or similar role.
