Overview

Successful travel business in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a First-Line IT Support / Developer to join their growing team. You willprovide telephone and email support to clients and staff on bespoke software, investigating and fixing issues and making functional changes prior to escalation. Therefore the right person will be able to manage own workload, demonstrate good problem solving and communication skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues as well as experience of .Net ASP Webforms, C# and Visual Studio and MySQL essential. Key responsibilities Triage support logs / tickets through Teamworks and update clients and staff on progress as necessary Troubleshoot problems arising on a day to day basis and fix these issues / broken code Convert HTML form designs in to code Monitor, assess and report on application performance, determining what action if any should be taken Manage existing web applications and set up new clients Assist in software releases Escalate technical issues when necessary Essential skills: Good understanding of .Net ASP Webforms Experience of C# and Visual Studio Knowledge of MySQL (including use of My SQL workbench) Our client offers a competitive salary, company benefits and an outstanding working environment.
